Colours on a Palette
All the colours on a palette… that’s what these masalas remind me of... I gather them in a wide pan... then add oil… enough to get a silky smooth mix. Then add your sliced fish and coat and rub the mix generously! Once done, place gently in a container! Refrigerate. Take out portions to fry and there’s nothing like freshly fried, hot flaky fish!! A squeeze of lime/lemon juice will take it to another yummylicious level!
